Born in Punta Gorda
Our connection to Punta Gorda goes back decades. Co-founder Denise Henry made this Gulf Coast town her home in the late 1980s. Co-founder Jessica grew up here, spending much of her childhood sailing, snorkeling, and beachcombing on Charlotte Harbor. Historic downtown, colorful cottages, and neighborhood parks were all part of the place she called home.
For Jessica, those days on the harbor, Gulf sunsets, and time spent with good company are some of the things that make life here special. They also inspired the idea behind Punta Gorgeous.
The name combines Punta Gorda with “point of gorgeous” — that feeling when the place, the people, or the experience makes everything seem just right. For some, it’s a day on the boat. For others, it’s dinner with friends, a round of golf, or a favorite place halfway around the world.
Today, Punta Gorgeous creates colorful drinkware and everyday accessories designed to be used and enjoyed, wherever life takes you.
