Shipping
Orders ship from Punta Gorda, FL. We ship within the United States only.
- Local delivery (Charlotte County): Free local delivery within 2 business days on retail orders only. Choose it at checkout if your address is in Charlotte County. Wholesale orders aren’t eligible.
- Everywhere else: Standard shipping is $8 and Express shipping is $15. We don’t offer free shipping.
- Processing: Most orders leave within 2 business days. You’ll get tracking once it ships.
Wholesale orders: Wholesale orders ship in 7–10 business days from Punta Gorda, FL. Wholesale shipping or delivery is calculated and shown at checkout.
Returns
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return undamaged product for store credit. Please let us know about your return within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items need to be in the same condition you received them, with all original packaging. Items that are damaged, or used beyond opening the original packaging, can't be returned. Personalized or made-to-order items can't be returned.
We'll issue store credit no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned item.
